How much do your services cost?

Prices depend on:

  • Equipment requirements

  • Travel distance

We offer transparent, competitive pricing with optional add-ons for advanced gear or staffing. A 25% deposit is required to hold the date. Please contact info@hifiliveproductions.com for a quote for your event.

What’s your cancellation policy?

  • 30+ days in advance: Full deposit refund

  • Less than 30 days: Deposit non-refundable

  • Rescheduling: Case-by-case basis, subject to availability
